Strength and Power Training
Two forms of resistance training. Strength training aims to maximize force output of a muscle. Power training takes it a step further by producing a force over the shortest amount of time. Together, these interventions improve performance in overall mobility and your sport.

BFR therapy is an evidence-based intervention used in clinical rehabilitation. Under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist, medical-grade compression systems are used to monitor and manage circulation during specific exercises. This allows patients to work toward muscle hypertrophy and strength gains while using low-load resistance, making it a viable option when traditional heavy loading is not clinically indicated.
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy

A treatment where a small thin needle is inserted into a muscle to relieve tension and stiffness. Electronic stimulation can be used in combination.
Dry Needling

Elongating connective tissues over a period of time to improve their extensibility.
Stretching

A manual therapy technique used to improve soft tissue extensibility and range of motion.
